Our poolside open-area Shinta Restaurant is where guests can enjoy a relaxing ambiance while being serenaded by the gentle sound of a few metres away waves of the ocean. It is built in Balinese style tatched roof where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. A wide selection of Western, Indonesian and Balinese menus are available includes fresh catch of the day of fish from local fisherman.
One special and typical Balinese delicacy is fish wrapped in banana leaf and grilled on an open fire-place. You are most welcome to watch our creative chef de cuisine preparing your meal and tell him your individual wishes.
